Precision Toggle Clamps brings you a range of clamps that offer unprecedented ease of use for applications where accuracy and minimal effort are critical.
After years building tools using traditional toggle clamps – being forced to use large, awkward clamps designed for huge loads just to obtain the desired stroke. It soon became obvious to our operators that the clamps were just too difficult to use. We decided there had to be something better.
We designed a range of clamps with rolling element bearings at every joint. By reducing the frictional forces at the joints, the force required to operate these clamps is minimal.
For operators using these clamps in high frequency repetitive activities, these clamps can make their tasks significantly easier.
For precision activities, the clamps offer two huge benefits, the bearings ensure a very accurate clamping motion, and the reduction in operation forces allow the operator to precisely position and clamp without struggling with clamp itself.
Designed to mount on a 1” or 25mm grid plate, our precision toggle clamps are versatile and easy to incorporate into any assembly.
