500 SIZE, 4000 SERIES, MOTION UNIT

Our large motion unit allows you to create a press tool or press fixture quickly and easily. It is based around our 500 size 03100 series over center clamp for smooth and easy operation with high loads. We have used it to build electronic pogo pin fixtures, component press fit installation tools, flex circuit bend fixtures and many other tools

It includes all the features you might need in a press tool or press fixture:

• Linear bearings for smooth accurate motion
• Lost motion spring allows you to preset force if required (see Lost Motion Spring Index below for more info)
• Adjustable end stops
• Gas spring / damper for automatic return
• Mounts to 25mm / 1in grid system
• Compatible with angle supports to reduce deflection if needed
